Will I have to pay a fee?
In many cases we operate on a no-win, no-fee basis. Often we can claim our fees from the other party so you get 100% of your compensation.  We will advise you before we start of how fees will operate.

How do the solicitors get paid?
In many cases our fees get paid by the defendant or the defendant’s insurance company, so you get 100% of the compensation awarded to you.

How does no-win, no fee-work?
If we cannot claim our fees from the other party, we will normally work on a no-win, no fee basis.  So if you do not win your case, we do not get paid.

Will I have a single case officer?
Each case is dealt with by a dedicated, specialist, injury claims solicitor.

Do I have to be the actual person who suffered the injury to initiate a claim?
No, you can be related to the injured person, or a dependent of them.  We are also happy to talk to friends or relatives who want more information on behalf of the injured person.
